Information only, not advice

Everything on the site (stock reports, screens, models, their holdings and records) is general information and research. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. It does not take your circumstances into account. Make your own decisions, and consult a licensed adviser if you need advice.

Past results

Model records are back-tests and tracked results. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and you can lose money investing. Back-tests have known limits even when they include costs and companies that later failed.

Data

Prices and other data come from third-party providers and are processed automatically. They may contain errors, delays or gaps. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Your account

• Accounts are free. Keep access to your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, and no access to other people's accounts.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Content

The site's text, charts, models and code belong to InvestingQuant. You may share links and short quotes with credit; do not copy or republish the site's data or model holdings in bulk.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, InvestingQuant is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including investment losses.
